Since 1985, abl machine tools manufactures and supplies quality slotter shaping machines. All geared slotter machine is a unique machine endowed with standard accessories like electric motor, oil can and spanner set. The extra accessories are tilting head, milling attachment for slotter mills up to 300 mm stroke machine. Salient features are:

• The column consists of two parts which are adequately ribbed & securely held together to form a rigid unit.

• The electric motor drives the clutch and the gear fitted at the top of the column from there the power is transmitted to the ram by means of link mechanism.

• The ram is well ribbed and is quite sturdy. A taper mister is provided for smooth running. The ram can be tilted 10 degrees on demand.

• The table is circular and is provided with t-slots.

• The feed mechanism mounted on the column through side gear box.
