Tps manufacturing & construction company manufactures the wieland-tps industrial vacuum cleaning, conveying and recovery system. Thise system handles fines/dust up to 0.1 micron granules and lumps up to 80-10 mm; sludge, slurry, liquid, oil, and emulsion. Various models are available from 22 kw to 110 kw capacity. The loading rates up to 50 m for evacuation and 100 m for cleaning can be achieved, with filtration efficiency up to 99.99%. The positive displacement vacuum pump develops maximum vacuum of 50% or 80%. The equipment can be powered with diesel engine or electrical motor. The vacuum machine can be stationary or mobile and can be connected to fixed up network to cover different levels and plant arrears. The material is sucked through suction hose/nozzle from various end connections provided in the scheme and is conveyed through the pipeline into the intercept hopper. The sucked material can be sent for disposal through trailer/truck or can be cycled back into the process. The vacuum unit can be moved around the plant and kept outside the working area/building.
