Tps manufactures industrial vacuum cleaning, conveying and recovery system, wieland-tps. The system handles fines/ dust up to 0.1 micron; granules and lumps up to 80-100 mm; sludge, slur- ry, liquid, oil, emulsion, etc. There are various models available in capacities from 22 kw to 110 kw. With filtration efficiency up to 99.99%, the loading rates up to 50 m for evacuation and 100 m for cleaning, can be achieved. The positive displacement vacuum pump develops maximum vacuum of 50% or 80%. The equipment can be powered with diesel engine or electric motor. The vacuum machine can be stationary or mobile and can be connected to fixed up network to cover different levels and plant areas. The material is sucked using suction hose/nozzle from various end connection given in the scheme and is conveyed through the pipeline into the intercept hopper. The sucked material can be sent for disposal by trailer/truck or can be cycled back into the process. The vacuum unit can be moved around the plant and kept outside the working area/building. The system is useful in thermal power stations, cement plants, chemical/petrochemical and fertilizer industry, pulp and paper industry, metal mining, aluminium/copper manufacturing, non-metallic mineral processing, and general cleaning and recovery of materials. The system also reduces pollution, helps keeping environment safe and clean, thus reducing breakdown, idle time, maintenance time, and resulting in better productivity.
