Aquadyne dust suppression systems offered by tps manufacturing & construction co offers are basically wet dust suppression system using water and chemical solution. In these systems, a fine spray of water and chemical solution in a ratio of 1:4000 approximately, comprising of uniform distribution of small and medium size droplets is sprayed directly on the material. The chemical is a biodegradable chemical wetting agent, which reduces the surface tension of the water, hence allowing the solution to penetrate and achieve dust suppression by means of particle encapsulation. Water addition in the systems is 0.7 to 1.0 percent by weight of material being handled. The aquadyne ms operate at a pressure of 6 to 7 bar as compared conventional systems operating at 3.5 to 4.0 bar [claims company].
