Tps manufacturing & construction has introduced truck/trailer-mounted bulk carriers in technical collaboration with becema, a joint venture company of russia and the netherlands. The bulk carriers are useful for dry bulk material such as cement, fly ash, lime, sand, gypsum, bentonite and other minerals etc, or any other powered/granular material. The bulk carrier is given with pneumatic unloading system for automatic conveying to storage silos/hoppers. The carriers are placed on a trailer and hauled by a prime mover or a rigid chassis. The models come in 10, 15, 25 and 35 tonne capacity. The bottom discharge is also offered as an optional feature in 25 and 35 tonne capacity. The material is filled by gravity fall through chute/loading spout, and at the unloading point, the carrier is connected to inbuilt/outside compressed air source for conveying the material into the storage/site silo. This minimises manpower for loading and unloading. As well, there is no spillages/dust pollution during transit. Further, the material remains safe even in adverse climatic conditions. The bulk carriers are already widely used in cement industry and are useful in power stations and fertilizer, chemical, cement, construction and building material manufacturing industries.
