Tbs offers pt100 data logger thermo recorder, model tr 81. This is a compact battery operated device that simultaneously measures and records data from external pt 100 resistance temperature detectors, in the range from200°c to +600°c with a resolution of 0.1°c. It is equipped with input for 2 channels, a full functional lcd for both channels and internal memory to record 8,000 readings per channel. The recording interval can be set at any of the 15 different intervals between 1 second to 60 minutes. The unit can be connected to a pc for downloading the data. These data are displayed on pc screen in form of graphs, charts or text files and can be processed or printed out, using driver software supplied with the unit. It is provided with a lithium battery for 6 to 8 months of continuous operation, a low-battery warning signal and data saving backup function in case the battery power drops. Tr 81 is a very useful device for collecting and processing temperature data in research and industry.
