This low cost machine uses lead screw drive mechanism for loading the test samples.Measured by using electronic force transducers and elongation by an optical sensor is the force measured. Both the values are donned in engineering units on a 4-digit led display. The lead screw is driven by motor. The machine is proffered with fixed speed motor or variable speed controller depending upon the users application. The force display has peak value memory to record the maximum force reached during the test. A wide range of gripping fixtures is available for testing a variety of materials such as yam, fabric, rubber, plastic, ptfe and wires. The load frames up to 20 kg, 200 kg, and 400 kg force ratings are available.
