The washing machine controller is a stand alone, 230 v operated system designed using a 16-bit family microcontroller. It includes a thermostat to control the fluid temperature and digital display is available for the display of actual temperature, set points, error messages, edit parameters, etc. The job is placed in the tray which is subjected to the reciprocating motion in the fluid. The thermostat will control the solution temperature as air flows from the bottom to produce the froth. The tray with job dunks into the fluid and moves between positions up and down. Parameters like dunking time, pause time at proximity-b, proximity-c,number of cycles, etc, are editable by the operator through the front panel push button switches.
