The uses of air leak testers include leakage testing of plastic containers, tubes, manifold blocks, castings, engine blocks, steering systems, etc. The machine`s sequential actions include pressurizing the job to the fill value, taking pressure reading at fixed intervals and accepting/rejecting the component based on drop- in pressure beyond permissible limits. High precision pressure transducer is used to sense the pressureand number of containers rejected as a percentage of total containers tested is displayed. The machine can also be supplied with optional accessories like conveyor, auto loaders, printer, water tank with dip facility .
