R & d equipments offers a new version of material testing machine[ utb 3000 series] with twin ball screw drive. It has a load resolution of up to 5,00,000 counts, and displacement resolution of 10 microns. All sensors, viz, loadcells, extensometers and encoders are self-identified and auto-calibrated. The calibratioh is all digital, and hence no change in calibration values due to vibration, temperalure or supply voltage. It has speed range from 0.1 mm/min to 1,000 mm/min. The machine is ideal for a broad range of standard and non-standard tests including tensile, compression, flexural, tear, shear, peel, elongation, deflection, friction, stress relaxation, and load deflection.
