Dead weight tester comes with an accuracy certificate registered directly to nist, u.S.A., making it ideal for iso 9000 aspirants. The tester is compact, completely self-reliant with the whole tester including weights, which are contained in an attractive black anodized aluminium case. Other unique features include: re-entrant type measuring piston and cylinder assembly maintaining accuracy while test pressures increase; rapid interchangeability of high and low pressure piston; special weight carrier with suspended weights lowering the centre of gravity and reducing side thrust on the measuring piston; interchangeable weights with simple and economical replacement of damaged or lost weights. It also contains integrated screw pump with reservoir offering fast priming as well as positive adjustment; long floating time reducing re-adjustment during tests; and, transparent oil reservoir allowing visible test oil for discovering contamination.
