Cox recorders presents a new digital thermocouple thermometer. This unit is designed to give peculiar temperature accu- racy [+ 0.9of or + 0.5oc] and offers the added convenience of on- _ _ the-sport switching from of to oc temperature readings. With a wide temperature range [-115of to +500of or -80oc to +260oc], this is a perfect instrument for quality control inspections and laboratory use, as well as for the pulping of perishable in transit. Temperature accuracy is traceable to nist. The thermometer is configured with a 4" reduced needle-tip probe. This unit can also be outfitted with the following special probe attach- ments: micro-needle, surface/immersion, flat surface or a univer- sal needle. An abs plastic body and 32" heavy-duty kevlar rein- forced cable provide years of use even in the most demanding conditions. As an addition to that the unit is sealed against moisture, grease and other contaminants making it perfect for use in harsh or wet environments. This also permits the unit to be cleaned and sanitized without damage to the electronic circuitry.
