The triple range digital insulation tester, model mis-3d, made in japan, has the following ranges: 250 v-50 mohm, 500 v-100 mohm and 1000 v-2000 mohm. The minimum measurable resistance at rated voltage is 0.25 mohm, 0.5 mohm and 1 mohm, respectively; rated current: 1ma + 20- 0 percent; max rated voltage [no load]:+ 30-0 percent; and short circuit current < 2 ma.
