Hillbrook sales offers bearing fitting tool kit, essential to assure correct mounting of small size bearings. It is specially equipped for this purpose to prevent damage to bearing rings while being mounted. The correct combination of impact ring and impact sleeve will make sure that the mounting forces are evenly distributed over the bearing ring and hence the risk of misalignment and damage to the bearing is eliminated. The tool kit includes 33 pieces of impact rings and 5 impact sleeves. A full range of bearings up to 50 mm bore and 110 mm outer diameter can be mounted. This is a versatile and handy equipment and is a must for all workshops and production units. All impact sleeves and impact rings are individually marked for easy selection. The material is duly black oxidised to provide corrosion resistant surface layer. Impact sleeves and rings are put in a sturdy carrying case.
