It provides a measurement range from brix 0.0 to 55.0% with minimum scale brix 0.1% or 0.01% [selective by switching operation] and measurement accuracy brix 10.1% or -0.15 to +0.14% [at 10oc to 30oc], brix 0.2% or -0.25 to +0.24% [at 5oc to 10oc or 30oc to 40oc] and has temperature correction 5oc to 40oc.
