Rapid pack duplex volumetric filler model dv-3 is developed for filling dry, cystalline, free flowing products into pre-formed pouches/containers. The machine can handle a vide range of products and packsizes. Packsizes from 100gms to 1kg. Can be handled by the machine with suitable change parts. The machine has two discharge stations each giving upto 20 discharges per minute [ total 40 discharges per minute with two operators] depending upon product and packsize.
A composite product dispenser feeds powder to the two discharge stations. The machine discharges set quantity of powder into pouch/container held manually under the spout of discharge hopper. Telescopic cups with enclosed volume adjustment mechanism is provided to compensate for batch to batch variation in bulk density. All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from
S.S.. 304. The company also manufactures packing machines for non-free flowing powders, liquids and pastes also.
