`rapid pack` semiautomatic liquid filling machines are suitable for filling liquids like oils, syrups, inks, water etc. Into rigid containers. The machine measures the quantity of liquid with syringes with reciprocating pistons. The stroke of the piston can be adjusted to give required discharge of liquid.
The machine has two syringes for filling two containers per stroke. The machine is provided with adjustable nozzle holder and bottle platform for accommodating different sizes of bottles. An integral shaft arrangement makes the strokes firm and accurate. All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from s.S.304.
The machine drive unit is provided with speed change arrangement and covered with stainless steel guards. Different syringes are available to fill quantities up to 1 litre liquid per discharge.
