Faco automation offers a special purpose pin grinding machine. This attachment is used to feed longer pins into the centreless grinding machine automatically without the use of manpower. This retrofitting makes the existing centreless grinding machine into an unmanned automatic high productive machine for mass volume of jobs. Special features of this attachment: makes grinding unmanned; pneumatically driven and electronically controlled for productivity; loading up to 1000 pins for a lot; up to 15 mm diameter and 1000 mm long pins; attachment is synchronized with machine; and provision of alarm and stopping of the machine after completing the whole lot of loaded pins. Air at pressure of 6 bar/dry/lubricated and power 230 v ac required. Custom-built design is possible. Application: automotive components, job works, textiles, toys , tool room, special products, automotive and industrial chain manufacturing, bearings, instrument manufacturers, etc.
