Datasenor safeasy light curtains of the sf2 series, as per the en 61496-1 and iec 61496-2 standards, are very useful for hand protection of operators exposed to risks. Various models are available with ten standard heights renging from 150 to 1500mm, 30mm resolition and an operating distance reaching 15m its emitter and receiver units are optically synchronised and contain inside the housing all the control circuits, test input and two safety outputs. This connection with the machine stopping circuits is guaranteed by unshielded m12 4-pole connectors for the emitter and m 12 5-pole connectors for the receiver. Light curtains fo the sf2 series have also the test function infegrated, which is automatically activated every 0.5 seconds, without stopping the machine`s working cycle.
