The control module is directly plugged on the output module, facilitating change of output module to desired capacity without disturbing any other wiring. The output module is available from 25 a to 110 a per phase capacity, for 240 v/480 v/690 v. High quality opto-coupler ensures galvanic separation between control input and power output, the switching function of ssr is either integrated opto-triac or made by a combination of classic component, together with optocoupler in order to increase the noise immunity. In some modules a reed relay is incorporated as interface, having very long life of >10 million operations and high blocking voltage â³2000 vp. Led indication and adjustment control is available in front of the control-module to facilitate easy setting and diagnostic of control input. The module has proportional analogue output and is ideally suitable for applications such as motor control, heater control, low frequency induction and muffle furnace.
