British electricals manufactures mineral insulated thermocouples in various dia and sheath material. These thermocouples are available in accordance with the german standard norm din 43710 and with the international thermoelectric voltage series iec 584. The dia starts from 0.25 mm to 8 mm in simplex/duplex/triplex element. Sheath material is available in ss-304/ss-310/ss-316/ss-321i/inconel-600 and incoloy-800. The limit deviation of the thermocouple voltage is available according to the following norms: din iec 584.2/astme 230.93/din 4371o type l+u. These type of mineral insulated thermocouple/cables are also available with copper/copper, zircon/nickel and copper, nickel conductor and mineral insulated heating conductors with nickel chromium 8020/copper, nickel and copper [ofhc] conductors.
