Adinath controls supplies melt pressure transducers and transmitters in a liquid filled capillary design. This tried and proven design provides an electronic signal which is proportional to the measured pressure and allows the transducers to operate at process temperatures up to 400ºc. The electronics of each transducer are a wheat-stone bridge-bonded strain gauge design, ensuring high accuracy, reliability and repeatability. Onehalf20 melt pressure transducers and transmitters are available in two distinct accuracy grades, general purpose grade accuracy [non-linearity] of better than 0.5% fso, laboratory grade feature accuracy [non-linearity] of better than 0.25% fso. All onehalf20 melt pressure transducers and "transmitters are fully compatible with the industry standard wiring pattern and colour coding, as well as offering 100% mechanical compatibility with existing pressure transducers utilising the 6 pin bayonet connector.
