Ajay syscon provides ferrolab-excel carbon silicon analysers. It is used for instantaneous determination of carbon equivalent, carbon and silicon in molten cast iron along with bath temperature measurement. These analysers have special features, like dual cup measurement, prediction of bhn, rm for unalloyed cast iron, etc. They facilitate with record storage up to 45 nos. The instruments have connectivity of centronix printer for data printing, ldu for magnified visibility, avp for audio indication, etc. They also have computer connectivity through rs232/485 for cooling curve plotting and complete data storage. Salient features include: display of parameters on analysis, such as bath temperature, undercool temperature, delta-t temperature, carbon equivalent, silicon, saturated carbon, brinnel hardness, tensile strength; and thermal analysis of 12 iron grades permissible with configurable parameters of each iron grade type.
