This liquid fill & seal machine Is a boon to small packers of liquids like mineral water, fruit juices, butter milk, oil, ghee, etc. Various filling systems like manual, mechanical syphon system, timer based gravimetric system, motorised volumetric system, etc, can be adopted in the machine. Any sealable film like ldpe, hdpe or multi-layer film can be used in tubular form, which is inserted into the funnel. The bottom of the tube is sealed first. Then the liquid is filled through the funnel manually or automatically. The pouch is pulled manually to sufficient length into the platform. The pedal is pressed to seal and cut the pouch. In the control panel voltage and sealing time can be varied according to the film material. The price is very low and suitable for free flowing and viscous liquids.
