Perks Engineering is the manufacturer of Automatic Neck Band Sleeve Applicator. The Perks Engineering is rewarded with India Star and Packmachine awards. The Automatic Neck Band Sleeve Applicator mechanically places the film sleeve over the neck of the bottle. After this the bottle is cut at the required length by a special guillotine cutting arrangement after which it is passes through the shrink tunnel to achieve shrinkage. The Automatic Neck Band Sleeve Applicators are available for speeds between 25 to 60 bottles per minute depending upon bottle shape, stability and dimensions.
