Subtronics [india] offers oxygen analysers to get continuous monitoring in ambient air or in nitrogen or hydrogen. The gas sensor is iso-9000 approved with excellent performanceand it is housed in a flameproof and weatherproof cmri certified gas detector head for gas groups iia and iib with resolution of 1 ppm, response time less than 30 seconds with repeatability 1% of signal and response time of the sensor is 90% within 30 seconds. The sensor has a special filter sintered disc made of ss 316 to withstand high pollution in the plants. The internal siren will be actuated whenever the concentration of oxygen decreases. The alarm set point is set by front panel keys on the microprocessor-based controller unit with large bright 4-digit led display for process variable with status indicators with separate relays and potential free no and nc contacts. There is a separate 4-digit display for set point and simple four membrane key operation with provision for zero and span setting. The full equipment is housed in din size controller unit with cutout size 18.7 x 16 x 9 cm. The operation of the equipment is menu driven with user understandable prompts. It has facility for 4-20 ma output for recorder with built-in alarm siren for pre-set levels linearized for 0.1 % accuracy throughout range. It is useful for on-line oxygen measurements suitable for almost all applications in the industry from ppm to percentage range.
