Osworld scientific equipments pvt ltd provides fully automatic vertical steam sterlizier, model jric -39b. This is available in double wall design. The steam sterlizier has single chamber for steam and water. The working chamber is constructed of stainless steel lm 304 grade of 2mm thickness. It is provided with microprocessor based digital temperature indicator controller controls temperature / pressure precisely at set value. This vertical steam sterlizier operates on 230v / 15a / 50 hz. It has wide application in microbiology, qc & research laboratory in pharma industry. Some key features of this fully automatic vertical steam sterlizier are as follows:

• Initial air purging cycle; at the start air is automatically removed from the chamber

• Temperature sensor: pt - 100

• In built digital timer; timer can be adjusted as per sterilization load requirement

• Automatic steam exhaust at the end of cycle

• Low water level heater safeguard.

• Safety high pressure release valve

• Safety high temperature cut off.

• Lid, flange & bottom sheet also made of stainless steel.
