Valfit engineers manufactures stainless steel hygienic and sanitary pumps series which are positive rotary pumps. The positive rotary pumps come with aisi 316 quality stainless steel alloy parts in contact with liquid are made from to meet exacting requirements of hygienic standards. As the rotors of these positive rotary pumps start to rotate an expanding cavity is formed by rotation of lobes which create a vacuum at the inlet port, drawing liquid in pumping chamber. The product liquid is then carried between the lobes and positively displaced thereby sealing itself against the internal faces of pump casing. The other lobe chamber of the pump is filled with the product liquid and about to commerce its discharge cycle. Finally the product liquid is forced or passed out of discharge port of the pump in continuous smooth flow and pressure generated by the mashing of lobe rotors.
