Demister pad or mist-eliminator is applicable for separation of air/gas and mist/liquid entrained from gas flow. Demister pad arrests the liquid-droplets at the striking flow and separates the gas, thereby purifying it. These are made in stainless steel, copper, bronze, aluminum, inconel, titanium, monel, galvanized iron, polypropylene, fiberglass, nylon, teflon, hostaflon, etc. Demister pads are tailor-made and the configuration characteristics and size varies with application.
