Kasthuri machine builders supplies a pad printing machine. This machine is designed to print onto flat, concave or convex surfaces or either rough or textured finish with one, two or three colours. All the operating functions of the machine are activated using electro pneumatic devices, which are controlled by microprocessor card, programmed to reproduce the most varied printing cycles, enabling it to perform specific function to meet the customer`s requirements. The structure of the machine is equipped using strong aluminium casting and all the moving parts are preciously ground mounted and self-lubricating bearings, thus reducing friction and enhancing durability. The length of the vertical stroke of pad in its two extreme positions can be regulated to accommodate differences in level. When the pad collecting ink from the cliché and also when transferring the image on to the object to be printed, the peed of each moment can be adjusted up and down to cliché, back and forth to print position and up and down to object.
