Weldor engineering offers cnc synchro press brakes. The structure is precisely machined for a long life and built in accuracy. Cylinders are connected with ram, and pistons are hard chromed with low friction and long life sealing. The machine is offered with delem controlled dm-51, to achieve ram parallelism which is synchronized within accuracy. Two linear scales are mounted on both sides to monitor ram with manual clamp for accuracy back to controller. The control unit controls hydraulic system, feedback from valve to computer, hence synchronization accuracy is achieved. The machine is equipped with hydraulic systems of hoerbiger or bosch system. Salient features include, repetitive accuracy in beam, positioning & speed control of beam, automatic calculation for bending force, programming of speed, memorization of tooling safety zone, back gauge retraction on pinch point, and software for remote programming.
