Key Features of Under Crank Shearing Machine
- Frame: The frame is fabricated from steel plates of IS-226 Grade. The frame is designed to take heavy loads. The Interlocked design put the direct support to frame. Thus frame is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports. Thus the Accuracy of the Machine is never disturbed.
- Clutch and Brake: The clutch is very rigid better supported and less liable to suffer damage under heavy operating conditions. The clutch gives continuous stroke for mass production. Brake is provided on the Main shaft giving sufficient adjustment to increase the performance and accuracy. The Shear stroke is therefore performed very smoothly. The Gun Metal bush is also provided for additional support to Main shaft.
- Hold down System: "VIMEX" Brand Shears are provided with Hydraulic Hold down. Hydraulic Hold down pads are actuated by cam operated Pump. Hydraulic Hold Down Pads maintains a positive and uniform pressure along the full length of the work piece preventing slippage, regardless of the thickness variations. The Hold down units is provided with oversize pads to avoid impressions on sheet metal on request.
