Key Features of Flanged Immersion Heater

• Consists of a number of robust hairpin shape heaters welded or glanced into a blind pipe flange.
• All units have heaters in multiples of three for use with single or 3 phase power supply, and terminated in protective steel junction box .
• The immersion units, having - standard pipe flanges , are easily installed through a matching companion flange fitted to the product tank, immersion heaters suitable for a variety of positions in tanks , vats, pipes or irregular shaped vessels .
• Provision is made for the installation of control / or safety thermostats, sensing probes into protective wells , mounted to the heater bundle flange
