The working steps of the Designer Tile Making Machine are as follows:

• The mold with green concrete are kept for 24 hours so that it achieve its initial strength

• The tiles are demolded from the plastic mold and kept for 3 days in controlled atmosphere

• For wear resistance and adding attractiveness, the lacquer coating is applied

• Long-lasting color faces are done by adding white cement with color pigments

• In tile mixer color pigments with white cement and sand are mixed. After that the mixed material is aggregated with grey cement in conventional concrete mixer
