HI-FAB STB seals are multi-spring, externally mounted PTFE Bellows Seals for handling corrosive media. The heart of the seal is PTFE + GFT composite bellow which is hydraulically balanced and is machined with high precision for the prescribed contour.
STB seals have no dynamic elastomers and hence no fretting damage on the shaft. STB seal can also be used on corrosive salt solutions with hard face combination.
