Wash in Place Machine is a system in trolley based design mounted on a set of UHMW tiring for ease of movement. This structure is manufactured from stainless steel SS 304 so as to maintain environmental hygiene which is equipped with high-pressure pump with a displacement rate of 1200 LPH manufactured from stainless steel SS 316 and driven via a flameproof electrical motor.

The salient features of Wash in Place Machine are as follows:

• Equipped to accommodate- potable water, hot water and purified water cycles.

• All the valves are manufactured from stainless steel SS316.

• Wash in Place Machine consists of 10 Liter detergent tank with a detergent cycle valve manufactured from stainless steel SS316

• All the pipes and fittings are manufactured from stainless steel SS 316 and are electro polished from inside and outer surface is mirror polished

• It is controlled via programmable logic controller and 3 inch graphical user interface.

• Temperature control probe will be installed in hot water connection line to measure and record temperatures. It has the capability to handle up to 10 recipe for user specific requirement.
