The wash in place system is housed on a set of UHMW tiring ensuring easy movement. The Trolley Based Wash in Place System is made of stainless steel SS 304 for keeping environmental hygiene. This WIP system is incorporated with stainless steel SS 316 made high-pressure pump offering a displacement rate of 1200 LPH and operated by a flameproof electrical motor. This is suitable for accommodating Potable Water, Purified Water and Hot Water cycles. It has a stainless steel SS316 made 10 Liter detergent tank with a detergent cycle valve. It can handle up to 10 Recipe according to customer specific requirement. Pipes and fittings of this WIP system are made of stainless steel SS 316 and its outer surface is mirror polished.
