R k machine offers range of knee type milling machines. These are equipped in sizes 2, 3, 4 and 5 and in universal/horizontal and vertical models. The main castings are graded, wear-resistant, heavy duty type and are stress relieved. Gears are manufactured from alloy steels, hardened and profile ground. The geometrical and working accuracies conforms is specifications. The vertical milling machine shown here has 18 spindle speeds having range from 30 to 1500 rpm. It has 18 independent [in all the three axes] feeds ranging from 12 to 756 mm/min. Rapid traverse is given in all the three directions.
