The Electronic Valve Positioners with Panel Mounted are used for controlling the mechanical position of final control elements with respect to incoming commands received from the controllers such as PID/DCS/QCS etc. And also to give feed back signals. The incoming control command in the form of 4-20mA/0-20mA or 0-10 V DC/ 0-5VDC is converted into 230 V AC 50 Hz or 110 V AC 50 Hz 1 Phase outputs by the positioner to run the actuator motor in forward & reverse directions. The positioner while generating the output signal also takes into account the present position of the final control element, dead band, feedback signal, time delay etc.
