Key Features of Stainless Steel Made Hydro Extractor

• Consists of a dynamically balanced perforated basket with a top discharge opening.
• The bottom chamber is of angular execution tapering towards the socket and this can be either of carbon steel, well machined inside or it can be lined with stainless steel.
• The complete centrifuge is suspended by three cast iron suspension column on turned steel pins, supported in bushes having spherical seating, mounted on a fabricated steel base plate, which in turn is to be mounted on a concrete bed
• The special bearing consists of a cylindrical roller & an angular bearing, which can take radial & thrust loads, switch & thus the cover cannot be opened until the machine stops
• Transmission of power is done by V-belts with a comfortable adjustment mechanism.
• Centrifugal clutch & integral break system are essential to reduce high initial torque.
• Mechanical & electrical interlocking devices provided.
• Motor speed of 1440 R.P.M.
• Grease lubricated.
• Can be mounted on foundations or anti vibration bushes.
