Integrated electric offers small dc motor with laminated yoke construction. Shafts are generously designed to withstand 8 times the full load torque. Rotors are dynamically balanced to minimise vibrations. The biggest advantage of these motors is that motors do not make noise while in operation. Features of these dc motors are: conformity to bs 5000 and is 4722; class f insulation with the temperature rise restricted to 85 degrees celsius; uncompensated designs for frames 80-132 and compensated designs for frame 160; critical speeds 30 per cent higher than the rated speeds; mountings - b3, b5, b35, v1; cooling - ic01, ic06, ic0041, ic0666, ic17, ic37; enclosures - ip23, ip44, ip54, ip55. Special mountings, shaft extensions and coolings are also available with integrated electric, on request.
