The friction disc sagar top roller degreasing machine is provided with locking device handle. It rotates top roller during flushing process. Two different types of sliding nozzles are provided for perfect, uniform flushing on top roller with pressure. Auto timer can adjust flushing time as per requirement. The entire degreasing process can be seen through acrylic top cover. The application: ring/speed frame top roller abour can be cleaned and dried thoroughly including ball bearing and surface of cots. Vertical top roller greasing machine is used to grease required quantity in top roller of ring/speed frame with volumetric calibration system. No over filling and wastage of grease occurs since provided calibrated system. It has the advantage of dual function by single stroke handling--. Volumetric pressure to grease and upward of arbour holding slide with arbour. About 2 kg grease tank capacity can grease about 175 top rollers per hour of ring/ speed frame.
