Fluidpack provides high speed double rotary tablet press. These tablet presses are used for higher table output, suitable for large batch production. All the tablet parameters can be fine-tuned during the operation of the machine from outside the tableting zone, with front controls outside the machine. The tablet press is provided with specially designed dust extractor nozzle. Following are some of the technical features of this rotary tablet press which include:cabinet top and hoppers are made of ss-304. It comes with pre-compression facility, hardchrome plated, ms variable frequency drive for the main motor and for force feeding motors, whichenables operators to synchronise machine`s speed & feed; is provided with electromagnetic clutch arrangements;lower punch seals are provided at lower punch hole in turret; machine has helical gear ring to drive the turret, and ball bearing type upper & lower pressure rolls; sufficient & equal pressure to the tablets is ensured by the specially designed pressure link assembly; has tablet weight consistency, and sturdy aluminium section framed, polycarbonate guards with ss hinges & handle, which are fitted with gas-filled shock absorbers; lower guard of the machine is of ss-304 material; machine has box type detachable control panel with electrical controls on the top. Acrylic cover is also provided to protect the controls from dust; weight adjustment section is easily removable which provides good access for the removal/replacement of lower punches & dies, away form the compression zone.
