Slim flax is a combination of `flax seeds` and `alfalfa` in right proportion offering the benefits of both the products. "flaxseeds" are brown in colour having deep nutty flavour and also known as linseed. Slim flax contains omega 3 fatty acid or alphalinolenic acid [ala] and good source of omega 6 or linoleic acid [la]. This slim flax [flaxseeds] is rich in soluble fibre and contains elements b-1, b-2, c, e vitamins; carotene; proteins; and carbohydrates.
