The "MGI" Vegetable / Fruit Peeling Machine is a fully automatic machine designed for a production of about 5 tons of Vegetable / Fruit [varies according to the vegetable or fruit] per day. It is a sturdily built machine of stainless steel 304 grade construction.Ten MS rollers, about 10 feet long, coated with stainless steel beads / emery powders are provided. 5 rotate in clockwise direction and 5 in anti-clock wise direction. These rollers are powered by two 5 Hp Motors. The speed of the rollers is adjustable by changing the pulley of the motor and the drive shaft. This facility is helpful in getting various peeling results.
The vegetables / fruits are fed from one end of the machine and while they are being peeled by the rollers they are conveyed to the other end of the machine with the help of an in built screw conveyor. The screw conveyor is powered by a 2 Hp Motor coupled to a gear box. Here too, speed adjustment is provided to control the output of the peeled vegetable / fruit.The machine can be altered and custom built for various vegetables / fruits, various peeling and production requirements.
