These thermocouple heads are provided with dust and weatherproof protection class of ip55 as per is:2147. Threads available in bottom process entry are 1/4" bsp, 3/8" bsp, 1/2" bsp, 1/2" npt, 3/4" et, 5/8" unf and in cable entry are 1/4" bsp, 3/8" bsp, 1/2" bsp, 1/2" npt, 3/4" et, 5/8" unf and are also available as per customer`s requirements. These die-casted aluminium heads find their applications in simplex, duplex and triplex thermocouples and rtds. Materials to manufacture these heads are used in manufacturing these diecasted aluminium heads are aluminium alloy and lm-6 and other grade as per customer`s requirements. The die-casted heads are also provided in materials as aluminium, gun metal, cast iron, bakelite, pvc, nylon, etc. Finish is powder-coated and buffed.
