T square technologies supplies viscoelastic single constraining damping pads which are made from sound barrier limp mineral loaded flexible vibration resistant and energy absorbing viscoelastic polymer on one side of aluminium, ss, vinyl or cork sheet. These are very effective to minimise vibrations and noise. It is available in flat sheets of 300 x 300 mm and mass of 200 to 800 gm with adhesive backing, which can be cut to be bonded directly on to a surface. Ve+cork sheets are appropriate for flooring applications in railways, buses, cars, windows, offices, studios, etc. The damping laminate is used to isolate vibration, absorb shocks and control noise by isolating mechanized devices from adjoining sheet metal and lightweight panel surfaces. These laminates are available in 300 x 300 mm size with mass of 200 to 800 gm per sheet, which achieves different decay rates when attached to different gauge materials. Apartv from that the core composite can be made adding cork sheet, i.E., ai/ss + ve + cork sheet + ve + al/ss, making it the best composite for vibration damping and sound absorption. They are flexible and can be cut, punched, drilled, screwed or riveted as energy absorbing strips and shock pads. They can also be attached using either epoxy/silicon or any strong adhesive. The product is widely used in automotive, aircraft and aerospace industries, railways, packaging lines, ducts, pipes, ball mills, metal finishing, food processing and mining equipment, disk drives, printers, compressors, etc.
