Semi-Automatic Tablets/ Capsules Counting and Filling Machine is used to count 1 to 1000 tablets or capsules in polybag or in rigid container. The Counting and Filling Machine is provided with adjustable filler which can be elevated from 20 to 25 degrees, to facilitate entry of the products into the disc holes. The Tablets/ Capsules Counting and Filling Machine is available in mild steel construction and the RPM of the disc varies from 3 to 7 depending upon the product. Tablets/ Capsules Counting and Filling Machine is fitted with delivery chutes which direct the product from the counting disc into the stainless steel filler tubes of various sizes, to suit different containers. Semi-Automatic Tablets/ Capsules Counting and Filling Machine is capable of filling in a range of 18 fills/minute, 12 fills/minute and 8 fills/minute.
