Bieri swiss make high-pressure hydraulic seated valves [type hw700] provided by khoday hydraulics are programmed with porting to ng4 and designed for pressures up to 700 bar for maximum flows up to 12 lpm. The ball-seated valves are leakage-free and are for direct operation with either one or two dry dc solenoids for 100 per cent duty cycle and can also be used for 110 v or 230 v ac operations, with built-in rectifier. The sated valves are direct operated. Balls that are situated in the cartridge are pressed on the valves seat via springs or are operated via tappets. Hardened balls and valve seats ensure long life. Depending on the requirement either one or two dry dc solenoids are mounted onto the valve block equipper with manual emergency operation.
