Industrial devices corporation offers a family of spur gearmotors and gearheads. They are designed for oem applications that do not require the power or accuracy of more expensive standard precision products. Applications are light parts handling, camera pan and tilt motion, optical scanners, engraving machines, and medical equipment. The gearheads are most commonly supplied with a 17 or 23-frame step motor. Brushed dc or small brushiess servo motors in volume applications are also available. Standard gear ratios are 5, 10, and 18 having maximum input speed of 1,200 rpm. Minimum efficiency is 80%.
